How the Backoffice App is Structured
The Backoffice Application is broken down into the following parts:

| Dashboard | Here the core KPI’s that are important to collections operation are shown. The key drivers are extended by some operational KPI for day-to-day-operations. |
| AI | This is where the AI and its value are displayed. |
| Strategy | This is where to build and work with the collections strategy. You'll find the reactions here as well. This feature will allow you to configure a reaction to any event in the system, like for example, sending a thank you email. |
| Content | This is where you manage the content for communication like Landing Pages, Emails, SMS, Letter, Social Media Messengers etc. |
| Asset Manager | This page includes all the outsourced claims to partners (DCA) based on the segmentation of the claim as per the strategy. |
| Accounts (Agents) | This is where agents in the call center will spend their time. Or someone who works the legal process. It’s the “human” part of the collections process. |
