Our Collections Platform operates in various regions around the world. Each region comes with its unique regulatory compliance needs, ensuring we deliver top-notch services tailored to specific regional requirements.

🇦🇺 Australia​

  • General: Standard specification.

  • Contact Details:

    • At least one contact detail must be provided: email address, phone number, or mailing address.
    • Absence of contact details during account upload will result in a validation error, emphasizing the need for either email, phone, or address. This requirement ensures we can communicate with customers post-account upload.

🇨🇦 Canada​

  • Contact Details:

    • A customer address within Canada is mandatory.
    • If the account mandates a notification of assignment letter, a minimum of one email address should also be furnished.

  • Account Info: Balance breakdown is compulsory.

🇲🇽 Mexico​

  • Contact Details:

    • A customer address within Mexico is mandatory
    • Email address is mandatory

  • Account Info: Balance breakdown is compulsory.

🇳🇿 New Zealand​

  • Contact Details:
    • At least one contact detail must be provided: email address, phone number, or mailing address.
    • The state in the customer address is optional.
    • Absence of contact details during account upload will trigger a validation error, emphasizing the need for either email, phone, or address.

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates​

  • Contact Details:

    • Address is not required, but all customers provided must reside in the UAE.
    • Email address is mandatory.

  • Account Info: Balance breakdown is compulsory.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom​

  • Contact Details:
    • A customer address within the UK is essential. Country must be specified as United Kingdom.
    • At least one email address is necessary.
    • The state in the customer address is optional.

🇺🇸 United States​

  • Contact Details:

    • Both customer address and email address are prerequisites.
    • The provided address must be within the US.

  • Account Restrictions:

    • Accounts from New York are restricted, except with approval from InDebted.
